Amazon Ads Privacy

This privacy policy describes how the Karto Ads (hereafter "the application") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through its integration with Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Login with Amazon to authenticate with the application, we may receive:

  • Your name and email address associated with your Amazon account;
  • An Amazon Ads profile identifier (Profile ID);
  • Data related to your Amazon Ads campaigns (statistics, performance, campaign settings);
  • OAuth authentication tokens (access token and refresh token) required to access the API on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate access to your Amazon Ads account;
  • Display and manage your advertising campaigns within the application;
  • Make calls to the Amazon Ads API on your behalf, according to your instructions.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Information is only transmitted to Amazon, as part of normal Amazon Ads API calls, and is not disclosed to any other third party.

5. Storage and Security

Authentication tokens and associated data are stored securely locally on the user's hard drive. Reasonable measures are in place to protect this information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained as long as necessary for the application to function, or until the user revokes access through their Amazon account settings or requests deletion of their data.
